Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that from the confession statement of Subhash Paswan, the name of the petitioner has sprung up. The petitioner is in custody since 05.06.2021 and the petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the co-accused has already been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5158 of 2018.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2012, with a condition that the petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of
