The petitioner is accused in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 registered under Sections 20, 21 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Petitioner is said to be apprehended by the Police and on search about 3.5 kg. of ganja is said to be recovered from the bag carried by this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student and has falsely been implicated in this case due to misunderstanding by the police showing recovery of the bag containing ganja of 3.5 kg. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.08.2014.

No.46798 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act-cum-Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014. Out of two sureties one surety must be the parents of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
