This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner is named accused in the First Information Report and there is allegation of participation of the petitioner in double brutal murder.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 247 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda). Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
