1. The writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):
"(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ/ Order/ Direction, in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to give effect the Letter No.222 dated 25.09.20117 of Respondent No.6.
(ii) For any other further relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law as well as on the facts and circumstances of the instant case as

2. At the outset, the Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, till date, no information has been communicated to the petitioner regarding the action taken, if any, on the basis of the recommendation contained in Letter No. 222 dated 25.09.2017 (Annexure-6).
3. Therefore, the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent authorities to communicate the action/order, if any, taken on Annexure-6.
4. Therefore, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5, to take a decision in accordance with law on the Letter No. 222 dated 25.09.2017 after granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, and to communicate the same to the petitioner.
5. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16067 of 2017 dt.01-08-2025 3/3 receipt/production of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
7. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
