It appears that during the pendency of the writ petition the issue raised in the present writ petition was examined by the respondent authorities and they have come to the conclusion that petitioner is not entitled to grant of 3rd ACP. They have passed reasoned and speaking order on 20.3.2018, a copy of the same is enclosed as Annexure-C to the counter affidavit.
