It appears that during the pendency of the writ petition the issue raised in the present writ petition was examined by the respondent authorities and they have come to the conclusion that petitioner is not entitled to grant of 3rd ACP. They have passed reasoned and speaking order on 20.3.2018, a copy of the same is enclosed as Annexure-C to the counter affidavit. In view of the above, the present writ petition does not merit consideration. It is, accordingly, dismissed. In the event the petitioner wishes to challenge the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15860 of 2017(5) dt.21-01-2021 2/2 decision of the respondents, liberty shall be available to him to approach appropriate forum for redressal of such grievance against the decision of the respondents rejecting the claim of the petitioner for grant of 3rd ACP.
