Learned counsel for the State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the vendor of the petitioners has not got the land mutated in his name and if the petitioners submit required documents, Jamabandi shall be created in their favour if everything is found in order. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he will advise his clients to approach the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna, with all documents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9428 of 2020(7) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 If the petitioners approach the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna, and produce required documents, necessary orders shall be passed by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna, for creating Jamabandi. If there is any objection by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna, with regard to any document or any deficiency in the documents, the same should be communicated to the petitioners at the earliest through a letter, which letter shall also be communicated to the petitioners on their WhatsApp numbers, which shall be provided by the petitioners to the Circle Officer at the time of submitting required documents. All the formalities for creating Jamabandi in the name of the petitioners shall be completed by the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna, within a period of eight weeks from the date of approaching the petitioners the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
