The petitioner is in custody in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018 for the offence under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he is being the neighbour entered in the house of informant and stolen the valuables. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2018.

No.8132 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and investigation is now complete, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018.
