JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-06-2023 Thirteen years after appearing in the examination of Final Part III Bachelor degree examination, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to publish his result. In this writ application, save and except a statement that he had made a representation as back as on 25.11.2010, there is nothing to show even prima facie that the petitioner took any effort to approach the College/University as the case may be.
