Patna High Court MJC No.409 of 2025 dt.14-11-2025 2/3 filed on behalf of opposite party no.4 in compliance with the order of this Court with a categorical assertion that in course of enquiry it surfaced that one Radha Kant Sah had filed Title Suit No. 46 of 1995 against the State of Bihar and the learned court below found that plaintiff is entitled for 5 acres 30 decimals of land, whereas the total area of the land, in question, is 15 acres 16 decimals. No Objection Certificate for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan over the undisputed land or over the land of Anavad Bihar Sarkar has been issued where the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan has been proposed to be constructed.
3. Mr. Hari Shankar Rai, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that the action of the State Authorities put to challenge by filing a fresh writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No. 6000 of 2025, wherein a Bench of this Court has been pleased to stay the operation of construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan.
