JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application being filed before this Hon'ble High Court on behalf of the aforesaid petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus' whereby and whereunder commanding and directing the state respondents to facilitate the ingress and egress premises of the petitioner to his residential which has been blocked by the private respondents hereinabove, thereby causing severe inconvenience to the petitioner and his family

Patna High Court CWJC No.19051 of 2017(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 members who reside in the Khata No. 45, appertaining to Plot No. 121 falling within MouzaNaya Chak, Adarsh Colony, Pargana- Azimabad, Thana No. 113 P.S. Phulwari Sharif, District-Patna. And the further prayer of the petitioner is to command and direct the state respondents to remove the blockage to the main road which leads to the residential premises of the petitioner and as such to facilitate free egress and ingress of the petitioner to the public road which is also used by the private respondents as a road leading to the main town to Patna."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative and efficacious remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
