The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 218/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the petitioner is a 26 years old lady, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 218/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
