Petitioner is accused in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 341,323,379,354(B),506/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel has made some submissions in respect of the anticipatory bail petition and thereafter prayed that the petitioner be permitted to approach the Court for regular bail.
