JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is Lieutenant Commander in Indian Navy and at the time of alleged occurrence, he was posted at Kochi. It is further contended by him that the petitioner had come on leave and had gone to his in-laws' house where he got information that wife of his younger brother committed suicide.
Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46733 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 403 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
