"For initiation of contempt proceeding against the
Patna High Court MJC No.3311 of 2016(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 opposite parties, who have knowingly, deliberately, willfully and wise-fully flouted the judicial order dated 29.07.2016 passed in L.P.A. No. 140 of 2016 (Upendra Ram Versus the State of Bihar and others).
This petition, instituted on 14.09.2016, has come up for hearing before this Court today for the first time. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous for the reason that the order under contempt has already been complied with The petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
