Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jogapatty P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 354-B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case. Both the parties have sustained injuries. He has further submitted that the allegation against the present petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with farsa

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18454 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 on his head but the allegation is not corroborated by the injury report as the injury is simple in nature and caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Jogapatty P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
