2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307, 34, 120 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., two persons have been murdered. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of killing the deceased. He is in custody since 11.08.2023.
