The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Bousi Case No. 126 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18642 of 2023.

In compliance of the order dated 16.02.2023, a status report has been received dated 21.02.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of four months. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12637 of 2024(3) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 is rejected.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
