2. It is agreed at the Bar that all the retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that on delayed payment, interest should be granted.

3. The Court finds that the dues have been paid in close proximity of the formalities having been completed by the petitioner and thus, it is not a case where the Court would intervene to award interest.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.
