The petitioner is accused in connection with Muffasil Aurangabad P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015 registered under Sections 457, 380 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that after receiving information about the theft in the house of the informant, informant's wife reached there, in that course, one person was found concealing himself beneath the bead, disclosing the name as Kunal Kumar Singh and also disclosed the name other associates as Rabindra Singh.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48155 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he is the father of co-accused, Kunal Kumar Singh. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.09.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
