JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed TET after doing M.Sc. (Math). He submits that posts are vacant but the petitioner has not been selected for appointment.
Passing TET is one thing and by passing the TET one cannot acquire indefeasible right to selection and appointment. However, considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.7.2017 is pending, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Director, Secondary Education to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-2.
In order to facilitate the Director, Secondary Education, the petitioner is required to file a copy of Annexure-
Patna High Court CWJC No.17586 of 2017(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 2 along with a copy of this order so that the Director, Secondary Education may pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
