1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 09.11.2023, passed in CWJC No.4413 of 2022, has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the Director General-cum-Commandant General, Bihar Home Guard, Government of Bihar, Patna, has passed a reasoned order dated 23.01.2024.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.01.2024. Liberty so sought is granted.
