The petitioners are aggrieved with the order contained in letter no. 1171 dated 06.09.2017 issued under the signature of respondent no.3, the Director Fisheries, Bihar, Patna, as contained in Annexure-3, whereby it has been directed to the officer(s) of the Department to accept the revenue from the Secretary of the newly constituted Managing Committee. The petitioners are also aggrieved by letter no. 234 dated 22.02.2018 issued by the District Fisheries Officer by which
Patna High Court CWJC No.8252 of 2018(2) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 petitioner no.2 has been communicated to deposit the revenue through Secretary-cum-Treasurer.

Learned counsel for the State drawing the attention of this Court to various documents submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition relates to acceptance of the revenue for the settlement year 2017-18 and thus prima facie, it appears that the writ petition has become infructuous.
