There is adequate material and evidence with regard to the offence, charged with, coupled with the fact that the informant and the victim happens to be a widow, the Court has a duty towards her. Therefore, in her interest and the interest of her personal safety and security, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Baisi P. S. Case No. 128 of 2014, pending in the court of Sri Ajay Kumar II, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea, is hereby rejected.
