JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and five other persons were caught from Bolero Jeep and on being searched one country made loaded Katta and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 04.08.2014 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.Case No. 227 of 2014.
