Petitioner is in custody in connection with C-1 Case No. 343 of 2019 for the offence under sections30( a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 64.350 liters of liquor was seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7723 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,Excise, Purnea, in connection with C-1 Case No. 343 of 2019.
