We do not find any error apparent on record which may warrant review of the order. The Review Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, it is pointed by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.471 of 2016 dt.23-11-2016 2/2 respondent in L.P.A. No.825 of 2014 (The State of Bihar & Ors. v. Sukdheo Paswan) that in the last paragraph of the order dated 28th September, 2016, there is a clerical mistake as L.P.A. No.869 of 2014 is to be allowed and L.P.A. No.825 of 2014 is to be dismissed. The said mistake is ordered to be corrected.
