2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. case No. 586 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(C), 354(D) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, having sensed the difficulty in persuading this Court to take a different view of the matter, seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.
