The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2016 passed in CWJC No. 21264 of 2011 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP No. 2 AnnexureD whereof being a letter No. 4844 dated 19.06.2016 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted

In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 2946 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
