2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 353, 224, 225, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as according to the first information report itself, the informant did not recognize the petitioner rather he has been implicated on the disclosure of the local Chaukidar. Several similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10477 of 2015.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or

Case No. 73 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
