JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 11539/2019 (arising out of P.R. Didarganj P.S. Case No. 320/2019) P.S. Case No. 542 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 50 litres of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered in this case. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 26.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6893 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 11539/2019 (arising out of P.R. Didarganj P.S. Case No. 320/2019).
