Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court as well as Apex Court of this country but while rejecting prayer for bail of the petitioner by Apex Court of this country, it was observed that the petitioner may move afresh application after examination of material witnesses before the trial court.

The impugned order dated 31.10.2014 passed by learned I/c Special Judge CBI I, Patna reveals that up till now, five prosecution witnesses could be examined and so many material prosecution witnesses including the informant are still to be examined and, therefore, in my
