The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No.716 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. So far this case is concerned, case is of theft of the motorcycle. Petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far this case is concerned, there is nothing against him except confessional statement of co-accused. For recovery of motorcycle from him now another case has been lodged. He is in custody since 9.11.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.9037 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.case No.716 of 2019 . Accordingly, this application is allowed.
