24-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 13.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 37016 of 2019.

On last occasion, vide order dated 09.07.2021, a report with regard to present stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that out of eight prosecution witnesses, four witness have already been examined and informant of this case is yet to be examined.

Taking into consideration the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected.
