ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by order 15.12.2012 passed by the Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur vide A.B.P. No.2069 of 2012 in connection with Pirpainty P.S. case No.137 of 2012 on the ground that they are threatening the witnesses.

The Trial Court may call for a report from the concerned Officer Incharge and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing both the parties. He shall also conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
