Allegation is that there is a recovery of 13.70 grams of smack from the possession of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody for more than 2 months having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that recovery is more than the small quantity.
