BAJANTHRI) 25-06-2024 Learned counsel for the respondent-State submitted that order of the learned Single Judge dated 18.12.2019 passed in CWJC No.18070/2019 and connected matters relied on CWJC No.18612/2019 (wrongly) learned Single Judge has quoted CWJC No.18182/2019 whereas the petitioner's name was Mantu Kumar, son of Shiv Murat Sah. Learned Single Judge has also relied on CWJC No.18182/2019 (Kapil Kumar vs. State of Bihar and Ors). The aforementioned order of the learned Single Judge cited in the order dated 18.12.2019 was subject matter of LPA No.1183/2023 and connected matter. Their appeals were dismissed on 17.02.2024. Therefore, the foundation in the impugned order was subject matter of the LPA

Patna High Court L.P.A No.89 of 2020(7) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 No.1183/2023 alongwith the connected matters have been dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 17.02.2024.

2. Resultantly, the LPA stands dismissed in the light of LPA No.1183/2023 and connected matter in the case of Mantu Kumar and Ors. decided on 17.02.2024.
