The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 222 of 2020 registered under Sections 188, 280, 337, 338, 304 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on suspicion. Further he submits that one son and daughter of the petitioner have also died in the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
