2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case may be disposed off in the light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 19.09.2023 passed in L.P.A. No. 766 of 2019 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 14664 of 2016.

3. Counsel submits that the issue directly and substantially involved in the above said L.P.A. and the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.4362 of 2020(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 writ petition are identical.

4. Counsel for the State submits that if this case is identical then petitioner has liberty to move before the Respondent No. 3 in the light of Clause 4(C) of Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011.

5. In the light of the submissions made and without entering into merits and demerits of the case, this writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that he shall raise his grievance by filing representation before Respondent No. 3 within 30 days. Respondent no. 3 is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order within 90 if the case of the petitioner is squarely covered with the aforesaid Judgments.

6. It is made clear to the respondents that either of the situation, he shall passed reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner Sunnykr/- (Dr. Anshuman, J) U
