Mandal University to the State Government for grant of approval to the petitioner college in terms of Section 21(2) (d) of the Bihar Universities Act, 1976, however, no decision has been taken yet.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner college, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent
