2. The petitioner has filed the present application alleging non compliance of the order dated 11.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6155 of 2014.
3. By the said order, the rejection of the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms licence has been set aside and the matter was remanded for fresh consideration.
4. Learned counsel for the State drew the attention of the Court to Annexure-A of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3, which is copy of order dated 27.02.2019, by
Patna High Court MJC No.3608 of 2016 dt.26-06-2019 2/2 which the application for issuance of licence to the petitioner has been rejected.
5. In such view of the matter, the Court finds that the order of the writ court has been complied with.
6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
7. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law, before the appropriate authority, with regard to the order dated 27.02.2019.
