Mandal University to the State Government for grant of approval to the petitioner college in terms of Section 21(2) (d) of the Bihar Universities Act, 1976, however, no decision has been taken yet.
Having regard to the limited prayer made by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4828 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 learned counsel appearing for the petitioner college, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e. the Director (Higher Education), Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to take a final decision in the matter within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
