BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 04-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):- "(a) For a direction to the respondent a authorities particularly respondent no.3 and 4 to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner as IVth Class employees in view of the order dated dated 10.02.2019 passed by District Magistrate, Arangabad passed in appointment appeal No. 28/2016 which has been passed in in pursuance of the Hon'ble High Court's order dated 21.12.2015 in C.W.J.C.no. 2413 of 2016.

(b) For a direction to the respondents authorities to comply its Own order dated 10.12. 2019 by is-

Patna High Court CWJC No.5768 of 2021 dt.04-02-2022 2/2 suing the appointment letter to the petitioner on the post IV class employee maintaining his seniority as per his Work and experience.

(c) For any other order/orders on the basis of the basis off facts and Circumstances stated herein after of the case." In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner submitted representation dated 27.07.2020 vide Annexure- 6. He has also annexed the order of the Court dated 21.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2416 of 2013. The concerned respondent has not taken any decision on the petitioners' representation. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation vide Annexure-6 read with the order of the Court dated 21.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 2416 of 2013 and proceed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
