Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 471, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already returned the money back to the sun Bricks Udyog and in that regard he has filed the xerox copy of the receipt showing such payment. Let the aforesaid receipt be kept on record. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10905 of 2020(6) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019.
