JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2023 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is private dispute between the petitioner and respondent nos. 7 to 10 inasmuch as the petitioner is the bona fide purchaser of the land in question, but respondent nos. 7 to 10 have encroached upon his land and are making construction over the same.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a suit before the competent Court/authority for redressal of his grievance.
