2. This writ petition has been filed for seeking the following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing to the respondent authorities specially the Block Development Officer, Block-Sakra, DistrictMuzaffarpur (Respondent no.5) to grant no dues certificate to the petitioner in respect of value of remaining food grain (Rice) as mentioned in different 5 show cause notices all dated 12.03.2015 i.e. Annexure- 9 (series), which were entrusted to him under F.F.W./SGY scheme of the Central Government. And for the other necessary

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present writ petition is filed for issuing the 'No Dues Certificate' by the respondent no. 5, Block Development Officer.

4. That in spite of making several representations by the petitioner, the said 'No Dues Certificate' has not been furnished. Learned counsel, therefore, seeks direction to the respondent no. 5,Block Development Officer to consider his representation and pass necessary orders.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents states that since the matter is of the year 2016, the representations made by the petitioner may not be available in the office of the respondent no. 5, Block Development Officer and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to make a fresh representation and the respondent no. 5 may be directed to consider the same and pass necessary orders.

6. Having regard to the above made submission, petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation seeking 'No Dues Certificate' before the respondent no. 5, Block Development Officer within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the respondent no. 5 shall consider the same on merit and pass necessary orders as

7. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
