JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite Court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is the case of assault to Pramod Kumar and Sumit Kumar.

No.18794 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that from the perusal of the injury report of Pramod Kumar it is found that the injury is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and in respect of injury report of Sumit Kumar one lacerated would on right foot near greater toe, one abrasion near knee joint and one lacerated wound of skin deep on right index finger were found, which are not vital part. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
