The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is for non-payment of salary for the period February, 2015 to May, 2015 and from January, 2016 till date. The issue with regard to payment of salary requires factual enquiry, which is the domain of the District Programme Officer, Literacy, Samastipur to enquire into the matter and verify the record and if it is found that the appointment of the petitioner is legal and valid he shall pass appropriate order for
Patna High Court CWJC No.8414 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 payment of salary for the period the petitioner has worked. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
