2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' whereby and where under commanding and directing the State respondent to issue rent receipt in favour of the petitioner and his parentage with regard to the lands appertaining to Khata No.154 and Corresponding to Khesra No.820, 822, 824, 825 measuring total area of land 21 decimal falling within Mauza-Puranganj,
Patna High Court CWJC No.20018 of 2016(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 Thana No.457, P.S.-Biasi, District-Purnea.
And further prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of a writ in the nature of 'Prohibition' restraining the private respondent no.6 to make illegal encroachment over the lands as stated hereinabove."
3. The counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 5 negating the claim of the petitioner.
4. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to approach the Collector, Purnea (respondent no.1) by filing an appropriate petition.
5. That liberty is always there, the petitioner may approach the concerned respondent in next four weeks who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
