04-04-2019 Heard Sri Ajay Thakur, learned counsel assisted by Sri Malay Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Pranav Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Ajay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel assisted by Sri Suraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant. Sri Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was case and counter case in between the parties. He further submits that earlier case diary was called for, which has been received. According to learned counsel for the petitioners, the doctor, though had examined the injured persons, who were shown to be given injury by both the petitioners, had reserved

Learned counsel for the informant submits that both injured persons were under-treatment.
Besides hearing, I have perused the material on record, particularly the F.I.R., which shows specific accusation against both the accused persons and as such, both the accused persons were arrayed as accused in the F.I.R. itself. Accordingly, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
