JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2014 in relation to Alamganj P.S.Case No. 348 of 2014 instituted under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the informant is that she was familiar with the petitioner for the last eight years and they had an affair. She wanted to marry him but he wanted money and therefore after such a long period the case has been lodged.

Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Merazuddin @ Murajuddin be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No. 348 of 2014.
